The National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (NCPD) has made the national register of personal data protection available to the public. Articles 45 to 50 of Act No. 09-08 make the NCPD responsible for maintaining this register.
The NCPD also specified that data controllers could request corrections, modifications or additions to be considered in the national register.
